Neat trailer park for your young adult sims, just invite your friends to move in. Lots of partying going on ! Great for old sims to have their friends around so they never get loney. Also great for single parents, gets the kids out their hair. They can always spend the night at their friends house. When you invite another sim to move in they should go to their own bed after you get them to go to it the first time. That's how mine works anyways. Each trailer has 2 bedrooms and one bath, 1 trailer is furnished with no lights, 1 is partly furnished with no lights and 1 is unfurnished. Haven't played it yet, shouldn't be any problems, Only maxis content with no hacks. Should be good to play with the new EP. Wonder if Grandpa rather eat dinner with old mrs lilly or does he like Grandma's cooking the best. lol Cost is $58,147 , on a 5x3 lot at 1.10 MB.
