This is second series of the apartments which is based on the houses from the real life.
Idea of the Home Sweet Home project is to show how look like the streets of small towns. With this second part your town streets will be more completed.
In these houses your sim has privacy, plenty of comfort and all of that for little money.
Behind of the houses is basketball playground which is good for raising body skills and for better body shape. Also there is a swing for joy of the younger sims.
Home Sweet Home-2 has 3 apartment units.
1st and 3rd unit has 2BR and 1BA.
2nd unit is smaller and has 1BR and 1BA.
Rent price vary from 1,215-2,440.
Lot size is 5x3 - medium.
If you want to rent furnished apartment I recommend Enable "Rent Furnished Apartment" Outside of Debug Mode by thetechnosim.
