Looking at this kitchen counter always causes me flashbacks to the 70's.
When I first met my late husband he had not long finished building the house, I have now lived in for 33 years. I will never forget the first time I walked into this house, I thought a colour chart had exploded all over the house.
I should explain my husband designed the house but had an interior decorator advise him on the interior colours. The foyer was decorated in green, purple, white and gold metallic wallpaper with 1 full wall of mirrors, the living room was wall to wall purple and pink carpet with purple walls, teak furniture with green and mustard fabric, and silver metallic curtains, the kitchen was the same orange as this counter with brown walls and mustard floor tiles.
After I was married I started getting to know the neighbours and would you believe...1 next door neighbour had a yellow kitchen and the other a green kitchen. Apparently those colours were very popular in Australia in the late 70's. Just to tie up my reminiscing the colour palette of every room was changed quick smart, once I moved into the house.

Now about this upload it's the black, orange, yellow and wood counter tops to match the counter, with the green counter and top thrown in. As a bonus I recoloured 2 base game barstools to match the counters and islands. You will need the Kitchen & Bathroom Stuff Pack for the counters; and all counters and counter tops are mix and match...though goodness knows why anyone would want to. Oops! nearly forgot, all counters and islands have a clean and dirty state.

You will find the counter and Island in Buy Mode > Surfaces > Counters. Cost: §755 & §765.

The Barstools can be found in Buy Mode > Comfort > Miscellaneous. Cost: §700 & §750.

Background in my screenshots is a 6 piece wall mural by me, not available.

All Files has been compressed and checked in game.
