Hallo! It would appear I've been pretty productive this past week or so, and today I present 'A Wave In The Forest'. It is a small yet surprisingly well accommodating modern home located on the fringes of a forest that has a roof designed to entice any passers by into its charms.

(Please note that I temporarily removed two trees so that the back of the house wasn't blocked in the picture - don't worry, the lot is packaged with them included. ).

Play-tested? Yes! I have tested a copy of this lot and it has been tested over multiple Sim days and everything appears to be functional.

'A Wave In The Forest' is based on a 2x2 lot and costs Sims £58,299 to purchase. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, and as much living space as I could squeeze in... sorry it's not huge, it was the best I could do while having multiple bedrooms! Regardless, I hope you enjoy playing this lot and happy Simming.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

lewjen! This is a beautiful example of what cfe can do in the hands of an expert! Love the idea of a wave in the forest, it sounds cool and wet, two things we long for in Arizona!

This is so cute! I love little houses, and the roof is very cool. I don't have the patience to do stuff like that, lol.
