Inside you have a small bathroom (almost forgot to put that in when I was building that's why it's so small), a coffee maker with a sink next to it, and a fireplace with a couch in front of it for chillin'. You can replace the painting above the fireplace with the wall-mounted LED TV to give your customers more things to do in the lot. There's also a small tree inside a glass case right in the middle of the room because, well, I don't know what to put there anymore.
As a business, the lot runs on an Electrono Ticket Machine. Everything is pretty much functional. Like I said, a Sim of mine owns it so I've tested it for an indefinite amount of time. Like there's anything to test, really. All you do in it is play chess and drink coffee. Just don't invite your local black witch/warlock. Once he/she casts a thunderstorm on the lot a tree might get lightning-struck and that's bad for business.

The lot contains minimal custom content. Like one. I didn't know what to substitute for the knight. The horse statue maybe? But that's too small. So I was forced to download something (You disappoint me, Maxis).
