Horticultural Research Centre of Sunset Valley (Playable Tomb)

Sunset Valley's new Horticultural Research Centre (or HRC for short) dedicates its research to all that is leafy and green (even if it walks and talks).

Built on a 30 x 30 TOMB lot, the HRC's ideal placement is on 53 Waterfall Way. Please note this is the playable TOMB version of this lot. To reach the final room you must progress though the entire lot. In the future I hope to also include a non-Tomb version void of all treasure and secrets for those who just want to use it as a normal community lot.
