Hi it is finaly here the renovaition of my 1st upload in the sims 3
Now the lot size i know it is not big as in TS2 on a cliff this house is build in sunset valley on a cliff sorry for the lot size
not able to fit rest of pool an part of the front house in i am realy sorry about that.

I did include a bacement in this house i just got it in my new game The Sims 3 Late Night so i wanted to use it in this house
and i din something i never knew about in TS3 a underground secret modern study with a lot of water and fountains in it and
i love how it turned out it looks futuristic but it is not image below
