I haven't uploaded anything on here in ages and have finally found the time to do it now that my studies have finished for the year. :D
Anyways, this is a smallish modern house fit for 3 or more sims. It has a large living room, a separate gym room, a good-sized kitchen, patio, balcony and a nice small garden for those green thumb sims of yours!
