Hi there.

This is a house based on what I perceive to be my dream home, just some place out in a forest that is relatively warm and cosy.

This is a modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home fit for 3 Sims. It has a nice spacious living room, an old cottage style kitchen and dining room, a small sitting room with splendid views of the exterior garden plan.
The living room is fit with huge, seamless windows that overlook the large pond and tree-life.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a nice sturdy looking balcony which has views of the back of the house.
There is also a hot-tub downstairs situated in a private area, and small garden with a compost.
