I have created a little-league baseball diamond for the Sims 4. Watch out for the Big Brown Monster in left field! Comes with refreshment stand and chess table for more geeky sims. Have your sims dress up and strutt their stuff in the little leage sims baseball team, while mum and dad sink brewskis and lobster thermidor from the refreshment stand.

This download requires no custom content to be installed!
N.B. There is a letterbox present on the lot, but this is a community lot (park), NOT residential.
