This is my very first Sims upload ever. Maybe I'll have a cake.
This is a building inspired by the magic house form the game "The Vanishing of Ethan Carter":

The exterior is pretty accurate, interior... not so much. That's mostly because of stairs, which in Sims 4 take a lot of space. Sadly Sims 4 can do only "straight" stars thus far, and that messed up the layout, so I had to get pretty creative.
Nevertheless, I did improvise a bit on the interior, and in the end I'm quite happy with the result.
The house is designed to look nice, not to be very comfortable, but it managed to be just fine. The house is quite small, 2 sims is the most I would put there. Kids... I don't like kids, so no room for them. There is not much space for extension without making a mess, especially of the roof, but if you feel brave, go ahead and destroy my work... you monster.
Lot is furnished and decorated, but I left some space for personal touches, so feel free to place decorations / pictures / sculptures / some random stuff on the shelves.
I played a few days in that lot and, after some fixes, it's working fine. However, if you do find something broken / not working as intended... well, too bad.
I used MoveObjects on Cheat by TwistedMexi, so if you try to move something without this mod, you might have problems with placing objects back in their "old" place. Also in the screens I used Improved Lighting (Update V4) by Shimrod101, so if you don't have that mod, your lighting will look different. No big deal though.
There shouldn't be any extra CC required.I have quite a few mods installed, but none should have any impact on this lot.
