When Melanie went searching for a new house, she had a long list of what she wanted. To her delight, she found her dream house - it checked all of the boxes!

* Large open kitchen
* Dining Area
* Cozy living room
* Bedroom on main floor
* Nice view through the large windows
* Basement storage
* En suite
* Powder room
* Laundry
* Large pantry
* Study
* Home gym

The house was also fully furnished and decorated, as were the grounds. And the house seemed a bargain, with a cost of only
$72,453

Melanie had found her dream house!

Notes:

* I placed this lot on a 30 x 30 lotin San Myshuno, with a great view of the water. I recommend that you place the home there to make the best use of its layout.
* Use bb.moveobjects on before playing this lot, just to make sure that nothing disappears
* I used platforms for the roof
* Easy to expand, if you prefer a family home

When building, I used the following codes:
testingcheats on
debug
bb.moveobjects on
bb.showhiddenobjectstestingcheats on

Enjoy playing this lot!
