When Melanie went searching for a new house, she had a long list of what she wanted. To her delight, she found her dream house - it checked all of the boxes!

<b> Notes:</b>

* I placed this lot on a <b>30 x 30 lot</b>in San Myshuno, with a great view of the water. I recommend that you place the home there to make the best use of its layout.
