Hi! It is a surprise lot for your sims. Welcome to Jerry's magic library - a wonderland with flying books and more!
The four main parts of this lot - a huge "rug", "chair", "desk" and "half wal"l - are not objects, but building parts. Even the "books", that flying booklets respectively, are kinds of roof.

I use Mr. Bean to check the playability of this lot. Bean has for example taken a walk on this "desk", getted inspired (by seeing the ink bottle) and taken a rest on the bank near the apple picture frame.

He has also climbed up to the top of the "half wall" behind that "desk", in order to let us see how "mighty" he is. It’s quite funny!


This lot can be used as both all kinds of community lot and resident lot. The places and rooms for different sims activities are listed as follows:
Floor 1: park facilities (around the "chair"), a computer room (under that" chair"), a reception with bar and a library (in the "half wall")
Floor 2: a small restaurant with kitchen and public WC (in the "half wall")
Floor 3: a lounge with music, a fitness room and a bedroom (in the "half wall"), a hidden bathroom with shower (in the chunk of three "books" on the "desk")

Note to the “all type in one lot”:
- This lot is now saved as library. But one can easily switch it to bar, fitness, lounge, museum, nightclub and park without adding anything. It can also be a resident lot. Just click the house button with "i" in the build mod, choose one in the left pull-down menu.
- I recommend using it as a community lot. Because the community one allows change of it’s type during Sims’ visiting. That means saving time of travelling from one to the other community lot.
- The small size lot can replace some large size community lots, so that one can save place for other huge building e.g. castle.
- Some decorations could return to its small size, when you first time open this lot. You may use hot keys “Shift” + “ ] ” (English keyboard) or “Shift” + “ ´ “ (German keyboard) to increase the size of objects.
- There is no CC in this lot.
