A few months ago, I posted a Sims 2 version of this shirt to MTS (you can find it here), and someone in the comments asked me to make a Sims 4 version. So, here it is

In your game this will show up as a recolor of the purple t-shirt that has the chick on it (you know which shirt I'm talking about? It's the third to last one). I added a custom swatch that says "OK" on it.
