This is every Hi LOD Adult female mesh with the breasts modified from roughly an A to a C cup. There are three zips, one for the meshes from the original Sims 2, one for the additional University meshes, one for the additional Nightlife meshes & one for Open for business. They cover Young Adult and Adult as they use the same body type. Even work cloths.
**Note** Let me try to explain this better. This is a default replacement set for every single Adult female mesh in the Sims 2, University & Nightlife. Just place the two package files in your downloads folder and enjoy. If you then decide you don't like the change delete them and everything will appear as before. They DO NOT overwrite any original Sims files. I added another shot of some of the other cloths with the change. They will change even more with Weight gain (fat sims).
If you do not have High detail on it will not appear, this is only the Hi LOD meshes. Let me know if you come across one I missed (excluding custom meshes of course).

Now available: set for Open for Business.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
