hello!
After the suspended box residence, here is the suspended house

Well, this one is not really suspended but the look is very similar to the suspended box residence.

I decided to do this to create a better neighbor next to my residence, this house gives it another scale.
But the house is not just a reduction of the residence, it has a strong character.

The house has only one bedroom. It's small, but very spacious, ideal for a young couple of sims.
The space is totally open, there is no doors, but every space is still independent.
This will give your neighborhood a real personality.
