This is a small, modern, 1-bedroom house that I modelled after this image:



It is 100% cc-free and has 2 bathrooms and a tiny attic space that can't be used for anything! The downstairs is completely open-plan. Some of the trees have been removed for the screenshots, but replaced for the uploaded file.
