This mod raises taxes in the game from 5% to 11%, and reinstates the frugal trait, which was wrong in my original mod.

It has been updated for the 1.9.80 patch. Using the versions before V2 will cause your bills to skyrocket if you buy the frugal trait due to my error.

This mod is heavily inspired by Shivar's Hard Mode Pack and I hope to make more mods of the same type in the future.
