I really wanted to do a starter house for the maxis makeover challenge, and then make it an even bigger challenge by using no CC. So I managed that, looked at it, thought, its rather boring I'll package that up and offer another option, so made it a bit nicer inside saw it was getting a bit higher than a starter, packaged that, and then thought lets go a bit higher still, added some landscaping a few bits inside, packaged that one and then thought bugger it, lets go the whole hog! So you get a modern makeover in 4 stages (and all with no CC I might add!) to work in with your sim getting promoted.
