This is a simple eyeliner that comes in 3 colors, black, a red gradient, and blue&black. Personally, I think this looks best on mono-lidded sims, as that's what I had in mind when I was making it, but it looks nice on any eye shape.
The eyeliner is less noticeable if your sims have large eyelashes, unlike the ones in my pictures. I wanted to make sure you can see what you're getting :P.
