This is a remake of the apartments I built in summer this year. To be honest I like the new ones far more than the original building from Nieznanowo (my main neighbourhood) - mostly because those weren't finished when I started moving my uni graduates in. They aren't as maxis-matchy as those you'd (hopefully) download in a while, either.



What you get are 4 small apartments with rent price under 900 simoleons, IKEA furnishing and everything else your sims need to survive. Outdoors there's a small community area with a table, chairs and a grill. A chess table is available for tenats' use, too. Two apartments have a working (yes, it DOES work!) exercise bike.
The lot's size was compressed by Mootilda's Lot Compressor.
