Hello everyone! Here I present my first upload as a builder.
It is a small apartment lot. What you'll get are four apartments - each one differs a little from another.
There are all the amenities for living your Sims - a children's playground, a swimming pool, a place for recreation, sports and more.
!!! (You can rent an apartment with furniture, if you type the code developer, hold key "Sift" and click on the apartment door.)

The sun loungers aren't usable if placed on the diagonal (near the swimming pool). It will be necessary to place them correctly.
