We discovered Maxis added ... 20 new base game files to the game floor paints, so here the last k-202 Groundy Mod ...

As the last expansion is out for around a week now, we have updated from the ground the k-202 Groundy Mod ...

Maxis made some real changes inside its painting terrains since 2020 and an update was a long time due ! That's why we called it a Major Update

- missing base ones have been added AND updated
- the Get Famous terrains have been removed by Maxis so we did
- the Cottage Living ones are completed
- the only one terrain paint from Wedding World has been added
- the Chestnut Ridge ones have been added

Most of them are Maxis match but a few are really different Everything has been updated until for Rent Expansion but Tomarang has no terrain paint ...

The ones which have terrain paints are : Willow Creek and Oasis Spring ( base game ) - Granite Falls - Windenburg - Evergreen Harbour - Sulani - Chestnut Ridge - Tartosa - Henford-on-Bagley

This is best completed with the k-505 Terrain Mod

Having new grass, new sand and new dirt is all fine and perfect but what if you want to use some too? What if you also want to change your backyard ( or the front yard )? No fear my friend, here is all replacement files for all floor paints that are available in Build Mode. As usual, this is in-line with our K505 Mod and Maxis style, making it the more Maxis Match you can get.


IT’S NOT QUITE LIKE IN THE PARK NEXT DOOR…

We know. We are working on it. Maxis doesn’t manage the same file the same way everywhere.

Here is our hypothesis: outside your playground, there’s a grid. The game is applying the file on a grid which seems to stretch the same file 8 times larger than on the playfield. We worked hard to level the differences between the limits of your place and the rest of the world so everything is harmonious and seamless as possible.

Unless we get a World Builder, this is the best we can do.


I DON’T HAVE ALL EP/GP !!

Well don’t worry, the game won’t load what it can’t use. It won’t crash your game, nothing will be missing. Everything works really fine


Be the master of your terrains and lots!

These files override the game ones and work fine in-game …
