Bruges Gothic walls- 7 colors!

Juli 2025: Updated to fix the DirectX 11 Walls Issue




This Gothic trefoil texture was based on an existing historic building in Bruges. I hope lovers of historic, fantasy and horror simming will find it useful. It comes in 7 colors ranging from Elven Alabaster to Vampire Bloodstone, and I have found it works great with the smaller wooden windows.

It is based on Huis Bouchoute, a 15th century Gothic/Renaissance building located on the Grand Place of Bruges, Belgium. This particular "trefoil" design is seen in many other Gothic buildings however, and I hope it is versatile enough to be useful to many.

This is my very first attempt at Sims CC. I hope you like it, I'm sure I have much to learn- all feedback is welcome! I hope to do a series of historic architectural details in different styles, eventually!

After putting the package file in the mods folder, you can find this texture under "Rock and Stone" walls for 2 simoleons a section.
