This house is a small modern mansion type lot. As more of a bachelor pad than any other, a sim or couple can live here!



The modern lot is complete with;

This lot includes one huge master bedroom, which includes a seating area, and office area as one big open spaced room. (Feel free to edit the room into smaller rooms!)

This lot uses ONE Custom Content object which isn't required and doesn't affect the build in anyway.
I used a keyboard, downloaded from Mod The Sims, placed in the bedroom.
