Abandoned spaceplane that was turned into house. But you can turn it into something else c:

The building need no custom content. But there is 2 versions of lot: one with furniture which can be downloaded if you have all mentioned stuff packs. Another version includes only the most necessary: City living, Get famous, Get to work, Strangerville, Vampires, Jungle Adventure, Dine out and Spa day.
