I created this house following the architectural style of Willow Creek. The decoration follows a classical style, except in the Teen/Young Adult bedroom who was made with a modern and jovial style.

Instead of build a double bedroom with a suite, I preferred to do something different by building a large closet.

This building has also an exclusive Art Studio/Room, so your Sims painters will have their own space for evolving their ability.
