Ah this house was inspired by the old streets of my city. We have some really beautiful silent old streets in my town - in the middle of the town, right behind the police station, right behind the shopping street and the biggest downtown mall. two nice little streets with all those old houses! So I had to build something similar, but also modernize it a bit c':
Of cause as usually I breath for the open kitchen-livingroom which is the only thing modern over this house, else I furnitured it like my grandma would... so yeah very dark xD Old people don't understand the white walls, light tree floors and modern furniture of black and white. Nah, brown. Brown is their thing.

The house only have two rooms as I thought of an eldery couple living there, maybe a guest room to when their child or grandchild was by or idk xD
I also added a little to the garden, since old people when they have a garden also wanna grow their own stuff. Not like young people be like. Flowers. Grass. Done.
It is a very dark home and I did my best to not go out of the spirit of an old person toooooo much.
