As requested by SciBirg.
90 recolours of the Stewart Mourning Cafe Curtains, 8 to match the K&B kitchen appliances, 10 Gingham in LACK colours, 10 Stars in LACK colours, 44 random colours using Maxis textures, my own textures or a combination of both and 18 Dots in YETI colours, I also added 10 curtain rod recolours.
ETA: Thanks to SciBirg for mentioning, in the comments, that mustluvcatz has recently upload a default replacement for the Cafe Curtain HERE.
These are base game compatible, no EP's or SP's required!
Found: Buy Mode > Decorative > Curtains. Price: §97.
Custom Content used in my screenshots: Surfaco Kitchen Counter Tops and More K&B Missing Kitchen Colours - Plus Extra Stuff.
Files have been compressed and checked in game. Colour charts are included in the zip files.
