As the ad copy reads:
"Here is a cozy Tudor exterior with a contemporary interior for those who prefer the charm of yesteryear combined with the convenience and practicality of today. This efficient floorplan will cater nicely to the living patterns of the small family; be it a retired couple or newlyweds."
This house was inspired by Design #V12929 in a blueprint "collection" book from Home Planners, Inc. (circa 1984)






Please scroll through ALL the pictures to see everything this house has to offer. Note that cars will work fine in the side-loading garage, and the diagonally placed bar counter works for sitting and talking (see the pictures for explanations.) This is a clean copy if the lot - no Sim has set foot in it. The lot has been play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order. There are invisible smoke alarms - one at the stove, and one at the outside grill. The phone is in the kitchen, and the burglar alarm is by the front door. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, trash cute, stove, and fridge.

NOTE: If walls are missing when you first visit the lot, exit without saving and add Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 to your DL folder before loading this house again. Sometimes I use this wall instead of the CFE cheat when building houses.

NOTE 2: If wall/floor coverings are missing, they are probably from Lifestyle Build Bundle - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY. I use these all the time; but they don't package with a lot, so frequently I forget to include them
