No, it's not the president's house in DC. It's just ... a white house. :P





Anyway, my newest building creation is perfect for a family of 3-5 people. It has all the comforts of modern life, and even features a side driveway. The house sits on a 4x3 lot, and costs $37,811 unfurnished. It also comes fully furnished and landscaped for $127,581. It has not been playtested.

Note: The house is actually sideways, not the driveway. It just appears that way. So the White House will look best if you place the lot on a corner with the actual house facing the intersecting street.


Features

The first floor is almost completely open, making the entrance seem warm and inviting. The neutral colors provide a modern feel to the house. The two-story great room is bright and sunny, and features a great view of the backyard.



The beautifully landscaped backyard features a pool and spa, and is spacious enough for a perfect outdoor party.
