Simple homes for simple Sims number 10

Simple homes can be larger too. Number 10 is one of them and built to be a large family residence.

This house has 3 large bedrooms, a handsome kitchen and dining area, a spacious living room and a garage, attached to the house.

In line with all the simple houses, it has no cc and fixtures only, which include lights, alarms, phone, kitchen and bathroom objects. The plants in the garden are all accessible too.

The garage is is bit bigger than normal in case a sim need that space for something else. The architect (me) has added steps from the house into the garage (although she has never seen any Sim actually using those) because they look nice.
