I've always felt that the 50x40 lot in newcrest had to be a park... after not finding one that matched what I wanted in my game... I decided to create one! After days of wondering, building, bulldozing and building again, I finally had a park lot for my newcrest.

Welcome to Plumbob Plaza Park!

It includes a lot of cool areas for your sims to hangout in... starting with the big green plumbob sculpture in the center. Near it you have some market stalls and picnic tables for them to get some food, a little gardening room, a wedding area, a playground for your toddlers and kids, among other amazing stuff you can check out in the pictures.


It only includes a piece of CC (Download if you want the small restroom house to look like in the pics) I highly recommend this varied set of arches by Peacemaker IC
