This home contains two bedrooms, each with its own work space, a training space and a walk-in wardrobe. The little balconies and terraces are nicely decorated, but the cherry on top of the cake is the rooftop, which consists in a little pool and a sunbathing/relaxation space. The space is perfect for a sim to read a book on a summer afternoon or for a group to have a little rooftop pool party. The ground floor contains a living space with a shared office space, a bathroom and an open-space industrial-styled kitchen. In the yard, there is a woodworking/painting space, consistent with a workshop, a vegetable garden and a grill space. When the evening comes, your sim can relax in his little hidden spa.

How to install and use my builds:
1. Download the .rar file and extract the files.
2. Put the files in the tray folder. Not mods folder! Tray folder! It should be in the same folder as the mods folder. I have mine in Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4.
3. Do NOT separate these files from the other using a folder, otherwise the game won't be able to see the build!
4. Do NOT rename the files!
5. Open the Sims 4 and go to the Gallery>My Gallery.
6. Check the Include Custom Content in the advanced options (Idk why, but all my buildings appear as containing custom content, although some of them do not. If one of my builds contains custom content, then I am writing this information firstly in the description.)
7. After you find your new build, click Place Lot or Place Lot and Edit if you want to be taken directly into build mode.
