This is a very simple 2 bedroom 1 bath rustic on a small lot. I did try my hand at building a pool that looks like a pond thanks to a tutorial by Simsational Builds. It was a very good tutorial and if you have a large lot could do some really fantastic things with it. I had a sim test the pool which works just fine for one sim (not sure about multiple sims). If you have downloaded the file before 6:45 Eastern Standard Time in the United States, please redownload. I overlooked the wallpaper in the hallway (about 6 tiles). I have replaced the file (you of course can correct it yourself if you wish). Thank you for your understanding.
