This is a redo of the house of the same name I built in Sims 2 (up for download here ). Unfortunately we can’t do walkout basements in Sims 4, but everything else I tried to keep pretty much the same other than the following: the game room went away (because there are no video games or pinball) and became a larger home gym, and the furnishings are far more luxurious.

NO custom content, built in the base game.
