This is the Newcrest Public Library, a beautiful modern library where your Sims can read, study, and practice their computer skills!

The large, airy interior surrounds a courtyard that is visible from all four sides of the building. There are plenty of tables where your Sims can work or do homework and numerous computers on the second level available for use on the second level as well as a spacious reading area.
