This is the the necklace of Nur-Ab-Sal, as worn by Sophia Hapgood in Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. It's a custom mesh, using textures based on artwork directly from the original game.

There are two swatches available: the standard inert mode, and the glowing "orichalcum" mode. The necklace is available for Teen/Young Adult/Adult/Elder. Female only. Located in Accessories > Necklaces.
