A Rebuilt Maxis House "Victorian Value" with some added Love :lovestruc

Been weeding through some files, found many old lots for Sims 2 I created to share with You! ... A long while ago this Lot crashed in my game, I couldn't enter the lot no matter what I did. It ticked me off 'cause I really liked the house, so I Rebuilt it on another Lot, from bottom up and added a Basement. I know my Sims can always use more space, so I figured yours probably could too, so I share it with you.

Description: Maxis Rebuild, Residential, 30x30 Lot, 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Master Suite, Study, Added Basement, (Basic Lighting, Plumbing, Counters/Stove included). Ingame Cost= $29,971.
