Twinbrook Baths - Outdoor Swimming Pool

Hi! I love Twinbrook, this is my favorite world in the game. To make it even better, I have made some changes there and this is one of them.

Twinbrook Baths are located in the city centre at 900 Lakefront Drive. The lot contains a big swimming pool with a waterfall and a pool bar, many loungers with canopies, picnic tables, a hot tub and some extra stuff for your sims. There is also a small building with toilets and a small sauna.

In addition, I create the second version of this lot with slightly changed bathrooms and an additional, separate room for a massage table.
You can choose this version if you have a massage table from TS3 Store (link below).



Originally, on this lot there were some shops and a small garden behind (see picture below).
The lot has non-standard size (33x26 lot) but you can place this lot e.g. on 40x40 lot and add some extra trees and paths.
