No Cool Down Time to License Songs/Lyrics.

I have been searching for a mod like this. Could not find it anywhere so I decided to make One.

Update:
I added a file for that removes the cool down time for submitting books to Literary Digest.
You can have this file and one version of the licensing files.
So one of each type.

This mod allows you to license songs anytime and as many times as you want instead of waiting one sim week to do so.
You can also license the same song many times.
This works for every Instrument including the DJ set up and It works for lyrics also.

A half-cool down option is also available.
With this version, you will be able to license a new song/lyrics within half the original time.

Please install only one version


Conflicts
This mod conflicts with any mod that modifies any of the commodity_LicenseLyrics categories.
