After a few hours of painstakingly counting the squares in the grid for each room, I have done it! I've replicated Cliffside Retreat. And no Custom Content too!

Naturally, where you place this lot is important. I recommend placing it in Pleasantview, on the cliffs facing the valley, which you can find at the bottom of Pleasantview connected to the bridge.

Enjoy the life of the butler, Don Treadwell as he guide you through the pictures. If desired, I can share him as well in another post.


This is a residential lot, however any player can change it into a hotel or apartmentbase etc... For that you would need to remove the bedroom outer doors, change the inner ones, and apply the cheat. (I would also customise my landlord to look like Isabella or Don)
