A historic little manor with two bedrooms, one bathroom, nicely landscaped yard, cozy little kitchen with a garden off of it, and good sized sitting parlor or living room. Also pool and BBQ area.
Built in 1890 by German immagrants, this little manor was the largest house in town and the nicest, for many years. They used the wallpaper they brought with them from Europe and all of the carpet as well. The wallpaper has been taken good care of over the years still having that old world look.
In 1916 the owners added in the bathroom takeing out a small office for the health of their family.
The "Victory" garden off the kitchen, was the prime source of food for many years, being the pride of the lady of the house. Has recently been restored and in 1941 the owners childern added in the pool and patio to give it more value.
