This is my first lot upload.

KEY SPECS: 6 Beds, 5.5 Baths, 2 Floors, 2 Garages

The stately front facade of this Colonial gives just a hint of the magnificence inside. With the exception of a first floor guest suite, the entire level is devoted to living area. The dining room and living room both have French doors opening onto the covered rear porch. Off the living room is a large game room. Upstairs, a large den separates the four secondary bedrooms from the spectacular master suite that has amenities like dual closets, private balcony and luxury bath. There is, also, an office that opens onto the front balcony.

I have all expansions and stuff packs installed but am unsure which ones the content is from so have marked as requiring all.
