Request: 5 bedroom 3.5 Estate!! **NO CC**

I like requests because they're a challenge, but this one...
man... got me mad at some points because I flipped the
floorplan in part of the house. ( and redoing the roof, and
from that felt like forever. Plus the construction of my road's
constant noise gave a nice migraine =]). But that is OK! I'm
on break, and I always like something to do! =)

SO ANYWAYS... this is...

bedrooms 5
bathrooms 3.5
floors 2
garage 3 car
basement N/A

It is a really nice one, and I played one of my sims in it. I really
love the sunken family room on the second floor! (On the
original floor plans, it was raised. I hate coping everything, so
I changed it up a bit!) ( oh yeah, and the picture of the family room is below!)



To do this, I had to create higher walls for the first floor, which
anyways is formal. As you can see in the next picture, the
Kitchen had a very high ceiling. Also note the pantry!


Finally, I tried to create a nice entryway into the dining room
from the Foyer. I was scared to do an arch, because the last
time I made one, my starter house called "Maybe Modern" was
born... ( check it out... the arch backfired!) I also compared the
original house to mine! (please click the link... It won't show up!)
