His agent had just called this morning.
The market was slim, but there was one new listing that looked interesting. "It's small, Chester. ...Not the sort of architecture you usually go for. Says it's - minimal?"
"Is it less than $100K?"
"Yup. Sure is."
"It's mine. Text me the addy; I'll be there in a few - " *soft click*

Let's get this party started! (Said no one actually, but in his geeky way, he thought it real hard!)


Sadly, after just a few minutes of all "that" - Chester found himself up here:



And he was very happy, smiling quietly to himself.

Please scroll through all the above pictures to see everything this house has to offer. The house is fully furnished and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing, and lighting are included. The stove, fireplace, and grill all have a smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. All three living levels have telephones.


This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for one vehicle in the driveway. The driveway is sideways, so there are no driving animations of the car leaving/entering the lot.

This lot has a 2-Click Foundation and a No-Slope Basement made with Mootilda's Grid Adjuster - Thank YOU MOO

As noted in picture #08_Main (above) Large Dogs can NOT enter a 2-Click Foundation without using HL's SimplePassageModularStairs. The stairs are invisible and their location is noted in that picture. If, for some reason, you don't want to allow large dogs - just untick the box for the stairs in the Clean Installer before installing the lot. NOTE: The stairs cannot be added later - without using the GridAdjuster and completely redoing the foundation/basement levels.

NOTE: The green living chairs in the basement family room MAY need adjusting/moving before anysim will use them.

--- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)


Definitely used and NOT included - you MUST go get this before installing the lot:
- Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor @ MTS2 - used to allow the clerestory windows to work around the living/dining room. Some people weren't sure how to install this wall... Click the info button down below to see how I did it

Custom Content Included:
- Simple Passage Modular Stair by HugeLunatic (HL) @ Sims2Artists - these do need a script file so follow the link and make sure you install them properly!
- Window Intl - mid by Huge Lunatic (HL) @ MTS2
- Window Intl - Square low by SimtopiX @ MTS2
- Modern Fence Set by lirunchik @ BPS (originally), now hosted at TSR NOTE: I have included this in the package because 1) I really hate sending anyone to T$R to get something, and 2) lirunchik's policy for this particular Modern Fences Set clearly states that it can be shared within uploaded houses.

I use Niol/Moi's Roof Shader for brighter roofs
And, HW/Honeywell's A Little Greyer: Roof Trim Defaults
Then, if it's a Bespoke Roof recolor - it will be THESE adjusted versions by The Llama Park/Tumblr that you see used in the pictures.
(However, what you get in the packaged file, will either be the plain EA roof or the straight, un-modified Bespoke roof from the set here on MTS2.)

I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror - as per her policy, it's not used or included in this lot.
