IMHO - this little baby would look great perched on high ground in the Steamboat Island area, looking out over Puget Sound. Man, Oh man! I could live there!

*sigh* Alas, I'm stuck in Florida - where, right now (on Nov. 27), it's an absolutely gorgeous "summer" day outside (76/77 degrees, bright sun, no clouds...) It makes me nostalgic for home, I guess. LOL! Anywho.... this is the sort of Dream Home one might find in the Pacific NorthWest. So, there you have it




And check out this spacious kitchen!

No sim has ever lived here. This is a clean copy. Alarms, phone, PC, TV, etc... everything your sims needs is included ~ It is "Move-In" ready!
This house was inspired by Design #403404 in a blueprint "collection" book from Home Planners, Inc. (circa 1984)

Necessary, and NOT included - GO get them:
From the "Sims 2 Store" - which is housed at GoS now - I used: most everything from the Asian Fusion Set
Sophie-David's Invisible Driveway
Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 (only necessary if walls are missing - it means I used the unlevel wall instead of "CFE" while building. If walls are missing, exit without saving and add Numenor's Unlevel Wall to your DL folder before loading this house again)
