A simple XML tuning mod I made toning down the probability of sims picking up a book to read whenever they see a bookshelf while keeping the high probability of special traits and lots to make the game a little bit more realistic.
values of autonomous reading were toned down from .75 to .20
and the second version EvenLessReading is down to 0.05
