This palace is perfect for your royal Sim!
Walk up stately stairs and enter into a grand marble hall with a fountain, double staircase, lots of columns and chandeliers.
On the main level s west wing you will find a huge living room with piano, two fireplaces, TV and gaming tables. There is also a wood paneled library/study.

The east wing houses a huge dining room that seats 14, a bar and two fireplaces. The kitchen is discreetly tucked away to be mainly used by your servants.

There is also a generously sized marble powder room and a laundry room.

The Upper floor:
The west wing contains a big master bedroom with fireplace, a large marble bathroom, a hobby room and access to a meditation room in the attic via a ladder.
On the east wing there are three more bedrooms that share a big marble bathroom as well access to a kids playroom in the attic via another ladder.

The Attic: Here you will find the very modest Butler s quarters that include a bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
There is also a spellcasting room designed in purple and black colors.

Lower Ground Floor:
Here you will find a ball room with organ, a huge marble pool with jacuzzi, a spa area with massage tables and gym as well as sauna and showers.
There is also a theater for in-house performances.

The garden has plenty of manicured hedges, rows of flowers and fountains.
